How do I use member companies?

Usage scenario:

The Group company has a number of molecular companies, and the head office hopes to control the seal, contract and other contents of the molecular company. Someone from the head office can manage the molecular company seal. The contracts of the molecular company are managed together with those of the head office.

Such as:

Scenario 1: Group HR manages the special personnel seal of the group & subsidiaries in a unified manner, initiates and signs labor contracts in batches.

Scenario 2: The group manages the members, rights, integration, electronic seals, and foreign contract transactions of the group and subsidiaries in a unified manner.

Differences between member enterprises and affiliated enterprises:

● The "affiliated enterprise" has an independently registered enterprise account: the contract data and electronic seal are used independently by the company; The affiliated enterprise cannot use its seal;

"Member enterprise" is the current login of the enterprise account, can manage its [member enterprise] seal; Initiate, sign and manage contracts in the name of member enterprises.

Operation instruction

1, Add/import member enterprise information, apply for member enterprise authorization:

2, or send the authorization link to the legal representative (the system will automatically match all the member enterprises that can be authorized, and complete the authorization in batches in one operation) :

Member enterprise authorization methods include:

Legal representative online (batch) authorization

Legal person authorization (authorization letter + verification of public account payment)

3. Set the visibility range of the address book of a member enterprise (member, department, or external contact) :

Find the corresponding member enterprise in the member enterprise, click details to enter the details screen, and click Edit to add related departments and members of the member enterprise.

You can also select the member enterprise to be used and click the "Associate Member and Department" button in the upper right corner to add the enterprise in batches.

4, in the name of "member enterprise", apply for electronic seal:

The administrator in the enterprise Settings - Seal management - electronic seal, click the corresponding member enterprise, click "Add corporate seal"

5. Set seal Manager (on demand) :

In Enterprise Settings = Seal Management - Authorization Management, click "Add Authorization" to authorize employees to use the seals of member enterprises in batches.

7. Initiate signature in the name of "Member enterprise" (see Step 3 for available scope) :
